30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchased a JOYCOVE Smart Weighing Bowl directly from any of our official websites, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Smart Weighing Bowls purchased from third-party retailers. In those cases, returns must be handled through that retailer and are subject to its own return policy. JOYCOVE is not responsible for Smart Weighing Bowls purchased through third parties.
Return Requirements
- All items are eligible for return only within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The Smart Weighing Bowl must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, the user manual, and the quick start guide. Used items that are missing original packaged contents will not be refunded.
- All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- JOYCOVE will refund the purchase price paid at the time of purchase.
- Defective Smart Weighing Bowls within the warranty period may qualify for a replacement or refund. Please see "Warranty Claims for Defective Smart Weighing Bowls" below.
- Returns that do not meet the requirements above cannot be processed.
- Before returning a JOYCOVE Smart Weighing Bowl, please make sure the package does not include any personal belongings. JOYCOVE is not responsible for personal items returned with the bowl and cannot guarantee that they can be recovered or sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance items, customized items, or items marked "non-returnable" on the Smart Weighing Bowl page
- Smart Weighing Bowls that have been assembled or disassembled
- Smart Weighing Bowls missing original packaging, original accessories, or with severely damaged original packaging
- Returns received without prior return authorization. Please refer to the full return process below.
Return Process
Request return authorization
Please email support@joycovetech.com to begin the request process.
Prepare the return
Please carefully repack your Smart Weighing Bowl in its original packaging and shipping box to keep it safe in transit.
Ship the return
We will provide a prepaid return label. Please attach it securely to the package and send it back following the instructions provided. Returns usually take 3 to 10 business days.
Process the refund
Once our warehouse receives your return, the team will inspect it to confirm that all original accessories are included and that the bowl is in resalable condition. After approval, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: the total refund amount will be reduced by the return shipping cost calculated for your location.
Warranty Policy
Every JOYCOVE Smart Weighing Bowl comes with a 1-year limited warranty. If your Smart Weighing Bowl becomes defective or stops working properly during the warranty period, and it meets the conditions of this warranty policy, we may provide one of the following solutions:
Replace defective parts
Replace with an equal-value bowl
Full or partial refund
In all cases, JOYCOVE reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a Smart Weighing Bowl is defective and whether it qualifies under this warranty policy.
Warranty Exclusions
- Smart Weighing Bowls outside the warranty period*
- Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear down over time such as batteries, feed rotors, desiccant packs, fountain filters, and placemats
- Smart Weighing Bowls purchased from unauthorized distributors or retailers
- Smart Weighing Bowls without proof of purchase, such as an order number or order screenshot
- Second-hand or pre-owned Smart Weighing Bowls purchased from any seller
- Smart Weighing Bowls whose model number, PN code, or manufacturing date code has been altered, removed, or made unreadable
- Lost or stolen Smart Weighing Bowls
- Non-quality issues after 30 days from purchase
- Free Smart Weighing Bowls such as gifts or giveaways
- Damage or defects caused by repairs or service performed by an unauthorized provider or anyone other than JOYCOVE
- Damage or defects caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disasters, transit damage, or placing the Smart Weighing Bowl in a dishwasher against the instructions in the user manual
- Damage or defects whose cost exceeds the cost of the Smart Weighing Bowl
- Damage caused by connecting the Smart Weighing Bowl to peripheral devices, add-ons, or accessories not recommended in the user manual
- If a Smart Weighing Bowl is taken or shipped outside the country where it was originally purchased, JOYCOVE's limited warranty applies only in the original country of purchase
* If we replace a Smart Weighing Bowl or any part of it, the original warranty period will continue to apply. We do not offer repair service for bowls outside the original warranty period.
