Shipping Policy
All orders ship within five business days of receipt. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Orders placed between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM local time on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We ship through USPS and FedEx. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order information.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping address. If an item is out of stock, we will ship available items first and send the backordered item as soon as it arrives, with no extra shipping charge for the backordered portion. Orders shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states qualify for free shipping over $39*. Orders under $39 are charged $5.99 shipping, effective May 5, 2026. International shipping is charged at a flat rate and calculated at checkout.
We are unable to ship to the following regions: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
* Please note that we cannot ship to addresses that include a P.O. Box number.
Address Change Requests
Once an order has been placed successfully, the shipping address is treated as final and confirmed by the customer.
If you request an address change after placing the order, JOYCOVE will do its best to help. However, we cannot guarantee that the change can be completed before the order is processed or shipped.
If the address update cannot be completed in time and the package is delivered to the original address provided at checkout, JOYCOVE is not responsible for any loss, failed delivery, or inability to receive the package.
If you still wish to request a return or refund in that situation, we will handle it under our standard return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the refund will be issued after the Smart Weighing Bowl is returned to our warehouse and inspected.
