At the moment, each Smart Weighing Bowl supports one bird profile. If you keep multiple birds, we recommend separate feeding spaces and multiple bowls for independent data tracking.
We provide a 1-year limited warranty. If a hardware failure occurs under normal use and is not caused by accidental or human-caused damage, we offer free replacement instead of repair.
It currently supports parrots under 150 g and within a normal species body size range, based on actual body size. An adjustable perch is included so birds of different sizes can stand comfortably.
