Smart Weighing Bowl
My bird is very timid and does not dare stand on it. What should I do?
The Smart Weighing Bowl uses low-contrast colors and a transparent window design to reduce visual stress and help birds feel less alert. We recommend a simple 3-step transition:
- Use both bowls at first: Keep the old bowl, but place your bird's favorite treats or main food in the Smart Weighing Bowl.
- Give it time: Allow 1-3 days for your bird to explore and adapt naturally.
- Fully switch over: Once your bird can eat normally from the Smart Weighing Bowl, remove the old bowl.
If my bird stands on it just to play, will that count as food intake?
No. Our AI algorithm uses subtle vibration patterns and timing signals to distinguish feeding pecks from standing, resting, or playing, so intake tracking stays accurate. A guard is also added to discourage eating outside the health-monitoring area, helping maintain both feeding comfort and data accuracy.
Does it support multiple birds?
At the moment, each Smart Weighing Bowl supports one bird profile. If you keep multiple birds, we recommend separate feeding spaces and multiple bowls for independent data tracking.
What is the warranty policy?
We provide a 1-year limited warranty. If a hardware failure occurs under normal use and is not caused by accidental or human-caused damage, we offer free replacement instead of repair.
What kinds of parrots does it support?
It currently supports parrots under 150 g and within a normal species body size range, based on actual body size. An adjustable perch is included so birds of different sizes can stand comfortably.
